A Ministry of Faith

The greatest message one can communicate is the love of God and the Good News of Jesus Christ; and there is perhaps no more powerful way to communicate that message than through the medium of drama.

Since 1963, Covenant Players has pioneered the modern use of live drama as a communications resource for the church. With over 3,000 plays in the Covenant Players' repertoire, you will appreciate the versatility and impact that this group will make on your thinking and your walk of faith with Christ!

Wednesday, October 27, through Sunday, October 31.  Monday-Saturday, 7 p.m.  Sunday, 10:40 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Colin is no stranger to Montana Ave.  A few years ago, he was our ministry intern here, and spent two full summers with us.  He was born and raised in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.  He attended Sunday school and Caravan throughout his childhood, and had a solid belief in God’s plan of salvation.  At the age of 15, following a Fall Youth Retreat, Colin surrendered his heart and life to God.  He later

Colin & Corrie Duffy

completed an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, before working for Caterpillar as a configuration engineer for 3.5 years.

Colin received his call to pastoral ministry while on a Youth in Mission trip to Hungary in 2003.  In May 2008, he completed another 4-year undergraduate degree, as part of his formal ministry training, in Theology & Pastoral Studies at Nazarene Theological College in Manchester, U.K.  As a ‘product’ of youth ministry, Colin is very passionate for the evangelism and discipleship of students so that they can live life to its fullest – something that only Christ can offer.

Colin met his wife Corrie at a Youth Leaders’ conference in Johannesburg, South Africa.  They were married on May 30, 2008 in Lisburn Church of the Nazarene, Northern Ireland.
